[Trilinos-Users] stand alone zoltan

Within trilinos, zoltan builds fine, but as a stand-alone download, using cmake it does not (for me).

Does a version of zoltan that builds outside of trilinos using cmake exist?

I think I asked this question a long time ago and the answer was 'no' but perhaps one exists now.
