[Trilinos-Users] SA option for ML and symmetric matrices

I seem to recall a statement on this list that the SA option for ML did not
require the matrix to be completely symmetric, but that it could have some
rows with only diagonals, e.g., for boundary conditions of a Poisson solve,
while a row for the interior could have a stencil with a nonzero entry
for the
corresponding column.

E.g.,

Interior row:
0 0 0 1 0.....0 1 -4 1 0.........0 1 0......

Boundary row:
0 0 0 0 0.....0 1 0.........................

I cannot now find that statement (presuming I remember it correctly).

Can anyone point me to a discussion of this in the Trilinos documentation
or elsewhere?

Thx.....John Cary
