[Trilinos-Users] [EXTERNAL] Anasazi solver with ML preconditioner won't converge

Heidi,

I got both examples to work with matrices from "ModeLaplace2DQ2.h", 
however, neither BD or LOBPCG with IC or AMG preconditioner will 
converge for bcsst(k/m)(6/8/9) matrices.

The difference between matrices is that K and M from "ModeLaplace2DQ2.h" 
have the same structure with different values, but bcsst(k/m)(6/8/9) 
matrices have both different structure and values.

I attached structure plots for "ModeLaplace2DQ2.h" matrices and output 
from LOBPCG with IC or AMG preconditioner for Laplace and 6/8/9 
problems, maybe this info helps.
