Stephane,
   There is no straightforward way to do what you are asking (Ifpack IC + 
Tpetra). However, we are working on delivering parallel IC in Ifpack2 (through 
ShyLU). An experimental code is in ShyLU already, but it is not connected to 
Ifpack2 because of circular dependencies in packages.

  We have plans to resolve this circular dependency after the 12.0 release (mid 
April).
