[Trilinos-Users] Epetra_Map construction slow on PID != 0

Hi
I'm creating an Epetra_Map on a few procs (specifying locally owned global
indices), and I've noticed that the when timing with Epetra_Time, the time
to create the map on one proc is drastically (i.e. 4 orders of magnitude)
slower than the other proc.  Do any of you know what causes this?
