[Trilinos-Users] Teuchos build error on Mac

For the sake of the list... Ross pushed a fix for this (thanks!) into
master yesterday so it should build on the Mac now without turning off
binutils.

FWIW, I'm using GCC 4.5.2, OpenMPI 1.4.3 and binutils 2.21 on MacOS 10.5.8
