My apologies for not getting that option in sooner.
It should be included in the 10.8 release, probably not in the 10.6.x releases.
But I’ll send you a patch which will allow you to put it in your copy of the code now.

Dear list,

some time ago It was agreed to add a flag “CombineMode” to the GlobalAssemble function of the FECrsMatrix, and it was said that the patched version would appear in the next trilinos version.

I am writing because apparently it didn't make it in the 1.6.3 release.

When can I expect it to be released?
