[Trilinos-Users] Linking trilinos libraries to mex files

Chris,

The ML package has some mex functionality, via the mlmex interface.  You 
can check out the code and cmake files in Trilinos/packages/ml/matlab.  
I don't know if it will answer all your questions, but it might get you 
started.
