[Trilinos-Users] issue on extracting view from FEVbrMatrix

Thanks Alan,
Actually if you check the output in the gist comments, the serialdense
matrix is on proc 0 and I can print it correctly to cout.
I can also print elements 0,0 and 0,1 but when I try printing 1,1 or any
other of the second column, it fails with segfault.
