[Trilinos-Users] Reorder entries in Tpetra::MultiVector?

Hi,

I was just thinking about how to best re-order entries in an Tpetra::MultiVector. Is it save to use the doImport/doExport methods here with CombineMode Insert, or will the subsequent MPI calls destroy the values?
