[Trilinos-Users] Confused about mlmex

Tudor,

When mlmex is compiled, a MEX script called mlmex is created with an
machine-dependent extension (e.g. mlmex.mexglx for IA-32 linux).  That
will wind up in the packages/ml/matlab directory of your build tree.

Unfortunately, the Trilinos install script doesn't install that file for
you, meaning you have to copy it yourself into the matlab path.
