[Trilinos-Users] Trilinos will require CMake 3.17 or newer beginning 2/2/2021

All,

On Tuesday, 2/2 we will modify the Trilinos develop branch to require a minimum CMake version of 3.17 or newer. The next promotion of develop to master thereafter will result in the master branch also requiring 3.17 or newer.
