[Trilinos-Users] [EXTERNAL] C++14 requirement

After considerable delay, the change to have Trilinos require C++14 was applied to the develop branch today and will be applied to master after the next passing set of promotional tests.

All,

A reminder that due to upgrading to Kokkos 3.3 within Trilinos, as of Monday, September 28th, Trilinos will require C++14. The impact of this is that older compilers, including GCC 4.X, will no longer be sufficient for bulding Trilinos. Previous releases of Trilinos (13 and before) should continue to work with C++11.
