[Trilinos-Users] [EXTERNAL] Build kokkos examples fail to build

Yes, that is the correct change to make.  Looks like there is not a unit test in TriBITS for the misspelling of all of the arguments.  I will see about adding a unit test and a FATAL_ERROR when undefined arguments are passed in.
