[Trilinos-Users] [EXTERNAL] Stratimikos and Tpetra with preconditioners

OK, thanks! Are there any plans to allow "global" configuration of a
solution using Tpetra matrices (in the style of
Stratimikos_DefaultLinearSolverBuilder), or is the philosophy now to
configure each subcomponent (preconditioner, solver, ...) using its own
parameterlist?
