Look at https://github.com/kokkos for Kokkos tutorial materials.  Kokkos has an extensive tutorial.

Look in Trilinos/packages/tpetra/core/example/Lesson* for Tpetra tutorial lessons.  The Doxygen documentation has tutorial text rendered as HTML:
