Hi Jeremy,


Just in case something is happening with CMakeCatche.txt, would you run:


    rm -f CMakeCache.txt; rm -rf CMakeFiles


Then reconfig. If that doesn't work, would you send us your CMakeCache.txt file and also the output from the configuration process?

Hi Kara, I checked again and intrepid2 is not in either the install nor the build directory, i.e. it is not in the /packages directory in build directory.  The other possibly relevant information is that I'm building on skybridge with the following modules loaded:

[jatempl at skybridge-login10 include]$ module list
Currently Loaded Modulefiles:
  1) intel/12.1          2) openmpi-intel/1.8   3) gnu/4.9.2           4) openmpi-gnu/1.8

I was able to build on my machine with a configure script based on the one you sent and the Intrepid2 library was located as expected under "packages/intrepid2/refactor/src" .  So it seems there must be something specific to your build.

Can you give a little more information about your problem? Is the Intrepid2 library missing from the build directory or the install directory? Is there an Intrepid2 directory created under /packages in your build directory?
