[Trilinos-Users] unable to reach Trilinos repo

I'm having trouble reaching the Trilinos repo at

https://software.sandia.gov/trilinos/repositories/publicTrilinos

Last week I was seeing timeouts, now a git clone either hangs or gives me

error: Failed connect to software.sandia.gov:443; No such file or directory (curl_result = 7, http_code = 0, sha1 = b1d28197069e496ed786ea103693982d5eb5b450)

Is it just me, or is everyone having this issue?
