[Trilinos-Users] zoltan partitioning

Sorry, this feature is not supported in Isorropia since it is not 
implemented as a parameter.
Isorropia is no longer actively developed. Our new development efforts 
are focused on Zoltan2,
which is the successor to both Zoltan and Isorropia. I believe target 
part sizes are supported in Zoltan2.
