Andrea,
I sat down with a Conda developer from Continuum Analytics one time at a conference (I forget if it was SciPy or Supercomputing, but it was a while ago) and we worked on this a bit, with the goal of getting PyTrilinos to build. We didn't get that far in the process . . . I imagine that what you found on github is what we worked on.
What exactly do you mean by "share a pre-built trilinos", and what is the interest in Python3?
