[Trilinos-Users] AztecOO from Trilinos from apt-get with openmpi1.3 fails

Hello,

We are using the Trilinos library in our library (Hermes -
hpfem.org/hermes) and I have a problem with the Trilinos package.

System: Ubuntu 13.10
Trilinos version: 11.6.1-saucy1
openmpi1.3 version: 1.4.5-1ubuntu2

I am getting:

AztecOO::SetProcConfig ERROR, failed to dynamic_cast Comm to Epetra_MpiComm.

and AztecOO thus fails.

It works on Windows for us.

Could you please advise what might be wrong?
