As you mentioned, I just need a subset of eigenpairs, not all of them. 


I'm wondering whether or not there exists testing sparse matrices that computing (for example) 10 eigenpairs to test my compiling options.

Hi Kwangwoo,


The iterative methods in Anasazi should be used for computing a subset of the eigenvalues of a matrix or matrix pencil.  In general, they should not be used for diagonalizing a sparse matrix (thus computing all the eigenvalues and eigenvectors).  Do you
 really need all the eigenvalues?

Dear Trilinos developers and users,



I'm using Anasazi package to diagonalize sparse matrices with Epetra_CrsMatrix. 



Mostly, I use LOBPCG solver, but I think that the speed of diagonalizing matrices is little bit slow. So, I want to test LOBPCG solver with my computer setting (compiler, compile option, ...).



Is there any testing sparse matrix or benchmark result? (Given matrix and computing time including parallelization.)
