[Trilinos-Users] Epetra, Isorropia (Zoltan) - 2D matrix partition

If you are talking domain partitioning, the way I have done this in the
past is to create a Galeri map with the necessary decomposition and
assemble into the matrix created with this map. If you are rebalancing with
isorropia, does initial partitioning matter? I have had no problems with
very large problems (~10^9 dof) in 1D partitioning.
