[Trilinos-Users] Exodus mesh decomposition on windows

Thanks for the suggestion Ross.  I might end having to go that route, 
but we hope to be able to build SEACAS with the Visual Studio 9 
compiler.  Unfortunately, VS9 compiler is not c99 compliant which 
creates a number of issues.
