[Trilinos-Users] Exodus mesh decomposition on windows

Chris,

Can you install Cygwin and built and install SECAS using the Cygwin GCC compilers?  I think the binaries you build with Cygwin can be run as regular windows programs if you add the Cygwin DLLs to the system DLL dir.

Years ago I did this type of thing a few things and it worked fine.
