Do you want all of the eigenvectors or just a few? How big is the matrix?

If it is already stored dense, you can use lapack. If it is stored sparse, then you must convert it to dense to use lapack or you must use an iterative solver.

Hi,
I am finding direct way to get eigenvalues and eigenvectors from Epetra_CrsMatrix. As you know, Epetra offer LAPACK wrapper however, I don’t want to converse double* to crsMatirx.
Is there any ways to diagonalize Epetra_CrsMatirx?
