[Trilinos-Users] pastix interface or ShyLU interface

Dear list,
      i am currently trying to solve a relatively large structural problem
using a mixed element.

the point of interest is that the matrix contains unknowns of different
type and is not symmteric, and the linear system has around 1.5M unknowns.

the most successful approach so far is to use Amesos_Klu as a
preconditioner together with a gmres. ML with NSSA settings fails for this
problem. ILUT works but it is slower.

i was interested in trying out the pastix solver or other preconditioners
to verify if any of them works faster for the case of interest, and i was
wandering if it exists currently an
amesos-pastix interface

an other option for me would be to use ShyLU if this was available without
too much work. Is it usable? can i use it as an aztec preconditioner? is
there any example of use?

thanks for any hint of this.
Riccardo

P.S. shall also say that the issue is not extremely high priority, i am
mostly interested in what are the options for future use
