[Trilinos-Users] teko bug??

Hi

I want to check if there is a bug in teko that the BlockedEpetraOperator 
cannot partition the matrix if the indices is local to one process. I 
attach a file to reproduce this error. The executable seems run into 
infinite loop internally.
