[Trilinos-Users] Testing trilinos after build

Hello

I am having trouble with a particular build of my code with Trilinos and
was wondering how I can run unittests on Trilinos to make sure my build
is fine. Doing a 'make test' at the top level did not do anything. Do I
have to explicitly enable the tests when I am configuring Trilinos for a
build?
