[Trilinos-Users] extract sub block of a matrix

Hi,

I wonder if there is any method to extract the sub-block of a matrix from a
FE application. Currently, the Epetra_Import supports for extracting the
vector values but I didn't see the tutorial mentioning about extracting the
sub-matrix. I appreciate any helps or suggestions.
