There is new development in the area of structured grids for Tpetra, but I don't have a timeline on its delivery or scope. Bill Spotz is leading this effort.

Mike,
Thanks for the quick response. This is great news!! I do use AztecOO and ML but I think I can easily change that interface.
I wasn't looking for anything more actually, Galeri fits my purpose to a T. I was just wondering if this was the only package available to do a processor decomposition. I understand that LB with Zoltan is probably more preferable in many applications, however, we have some FD codes that can use static decompositions without worrying about LB, so was just curious about the options.

We are planning to add 64-bit support to Epetra this year, although presently there are not plans to add it to AztecOO, Ifpack or ML. Instead we plan to rely on Belos, Ifpack2 and Muelu, respectively.
These plans are still firming up, so the details may change, either reducing or enlarging the scope of effort.
Regarding the 3D cartesian decomposition, what more are you looking for?
Mike

Hello,
are there any plans to add 64-bit indexing for Epetra matrices? We routinely deal with grids which have > 2B nodes and it would be nice to be able to use Epetra sprase matrices.
If not Epetra are there options in other packages within trilinos?
Also, is Galeri the only option available for 3D cartesian decomposition (a la -Cart_create ?). It works great, just curious if there are other options available.
Thanks,
