Andrea,

It appears that you are running into the 32 data size limits that are
presently part of Epetra and AztecOO.  You have two options: Use Tpetra
and Belos, which support 64 bit address ranges or wait until the next
version of Trilinos where we plan to remove this limitation from Epetra
and hopefully from AztecOO as well.
