[Trilinos-Users] Feature not added in trilinos 10.6.3

Dear list, 

some time ago It was agreed
to add a flag "CombineMode" to the GlobalAssemble function of the
FECrsMatrix, and it was said that the patched version would appear in the
next trilinos version. 

I am writing because apparently it didn't make it
in the 1.6.3 release. 

When can I expect it to be released?
