[Trilinos-Users] Proposal concerning the ReplaceLocalValues

Riccardo,

Might you be able to use one of the other data classes for this activity?
For example Epetra_CrsMatrix does not deal with overlap, but assumes the
user handles it.

Also, there is a multicoloring class in EpetraExt that might be of use to
you.
