Hello,

Thank you all. Have made some serious progress with your suggestions.
I was hoping of getting it to work with cmake options, but editing the
sources is good too.

Now I'm stuck with this:

trilinos-10.6.0-Source/packages/thyra/src/interfaces/operator_vector/fundamental/Thyra_VectorSpaceBase_decl.hpp
line 545.37: 1540-0416 (S) "createMember" cannot be declared because
its name has already been used

It's the declaration of friend functions. Will try to disable them, if
they're not mandatory.
