[Trilinos-Users] Building trilinos

Very recently another developer said that CMake does not support shared
libraries for Windows.  I have not tried myself.

Jason,

I just tried this set of options and ran into what appears to be the same
problem.  I am new to Visual Studio so I don't have any suggestions.  I was
able to build everything fine with shared libraries turned off.  On Linux,
shared libraries need the LD_LIBRARY_PATH defined in order to have the
linker find the libraries, if the libraries are not in a standard location.
Could there be a similar issue with Windows?
