[Trilinos-Users] Building Trilinos with MS Visual Studio

Hi Max -

I'm not sure how things play out using Trilinos 9.0, as I have not  
tried using my scripts with it. Which version of MKL are you running?  
As a start, you could try to comment out the lines referring to BLAS  
and LAPACK libraries, and see what happens...

As for Trilinos 9.0, and as you said, there is no extensive CMake  
build system - so it will probably only be useful for the next major  
release of Trilinos. This should be relatively soon, I hope =)
