[Trilinos-Users] Trilinos 9/Tpetra

Hi all,

The Trilinos 9 release notes (
http://trilinos.sandia.gov/release_notes-9.0.txt) say that Tpetra is
available under limited release.

What are the conditions of the limited release?  Is it available for an
academic user (like me)?
