[Trilinos-Users] tpetra makefile.export not found

I want to build trilios in our system Altix 4700 Linux IA64 numa link 
with icpc+mkl+mpiMPT


for the configure I didn't face big  troubles, however when  trying 
to build thyra or pytrilinos  i get this error


../Makefile.export.thyra:14: 
linos-9.0.0/packages/thyra/../tpetra/Makefile.export.tpetra: 
No such file or directory


In the packages  i dont have a tpetra subdir .   in the config.log   i 
found lines like  


creating   tpetra/makefile .... 


do you know  what I could be doing wrong
