If you call EpetraExt::MatrixMatrix::Add(A,false,1.0,B,1.0)
and both A and B are filled, and A has more elements than B, then the routine will crash.
I find that a more natural behaviour would be to return with a positive number, in accordance with the
SumIntoMyValues routine.
