The link explains on the fine-grained installation control.
This allows us you to install machine-dependent file such as
Thyra_Config.h, etc. on the designated directory.

A quick google search found only 5 hits on execincludedir, and it does not 
appear to be mentioned in the Automake documentation. Could you point us to 
some documentation explaining its purpose and distinctions from includedir?
