[Trilinos-Users] Installiong problem

I want to bulid Tramonto and follow the installation manual.
BLAS, LAPACK,MPI were already on my Red hat Enterprise linux 4.
The PROBLEM occours when I build Trilinos.
Following is the information :

configure: error : Cannot find blas library, specify a path using
--with-blas=DIR/LIB
configure: error : ./configure failed for packages/ teuchos

"
Question:
I already installed blas, and tried changing the directory, but it doesn't
work.
Two versions of Trilinos (7.0.0,8.0.0) were tried , still cannot pass the
configuration.
Please help.
