One more thing, these files will also contain the include and library paths
to any third-party libraries that Trilinos depends on.  For example, the
BLAS and LAPACK lib paths will be defined, as will the location of any
libraries such as Umfpack and SuperLU that might have been configured into
Amesos.

I've been primarily using trilinos in conjunction with sundance, but I am
interested in using it separately. Is there such a think as a generic
trilinos makefile for using the libraries and their dependencies?
