[Trilinos-Users] release of packages

Mike,

thanks for this comprehensive answer.  That doesn't sound to bad.
I think it is not a big problem to use the more unstable development branch,
our whole code is unstable as well.
How is it possible to get access to the development distribution. Do I need
to register somewhere?
