Trilinos 13.4.0 is the final release prior to 14.0 to be branched off of the master branch of Trilinos. There may or may not be release patches (the first would be 13.4.1 if needed), but the next release off of the master branch will be Trilinos 14.0. The tentative timeline for Trilinos 14.0 is late summer or early fall. Prior to then, Trilinos developers will be removing code deprecated prior to the 13.4 release from the develop and master branches.
