[Trilinos-Announce] [Trilinos-Users] Trilinos 11.0 has been released

For all Ubuntu users, there's now also an Ubuntu package for Trilinos
11.0; check out <https://launchpad.net/~nschloe/+archive/numerical/>.
So far the package contains all primary and secondary stable packages
except PyTrilinos. Although it's still somewhat new and hasn't seen
overly much exposure, it contains everything that's necessary to get
a quick start with Trilinos 11.
