[Trilinos-Announce] Trilinos public repository now available

An anonymous, read-only version of the Trilinos repository is now available.  Information on using the public repository can be found on the website:

http://trilinos.sandia.gov/publicRepo/index.html

Most users will want to continue using Trilinos release tarballs.  However, some users will find the public repository valuable.  More comments concerning who may benefit from the public repository can be found at the above link.
